This interesting 1960's Topps Mask Test Issue 'card' is actually a square box that can fit over a childs head. There are slits where the eyes would likely look through the thick cardboard. There is not much information out there on this set. This subject is #8 of 12 masks entitled "Three-Eyed Monster". There's no date on the item. It is in GVG condition with some wear and tearing to the right ear as shown in the second picture. We suspect this is a very scarce Topps item.
