The V251 Green Jacket Gum Flag set is one of many sets borrowing artwork from the T59 flag series. Unlike the American T59 counterpart, the V251 series has a blank back.
This complete set of (60) V251 Canadian Chewing Gum Flags cards look to be EXMT to NRMT but each card has a number written in fountain pen on the back of the card in the upper left. The set is clean, however, with colors that pop on the front.
