The V41 J.S. Fry & Sons Confectionery Group set is a (50) card set that, when assembled, creates a treasure map. The cards are 1-3/8" Wide by 2-5/8" High. Arranged in a 5-tall by 10-wide format, the map pictures a treasure map to help the bearer find the pirate. The card backs are black and white and plain and are numbered at the top center and outline a redemption for the 50 cards where the bearer could get a treasure chest of chocolates from (6) different Fry locations within different Canadian provinces. They note the map (or 50 cards) would be returned.
This near set of (46/50) V41 J.S. Fry Treasure Map cards is the largest assemblage of these popular cards that we've had the opportunity to offer. All card fronts and backs have been scanned for wide format viewing. In addition, a picture of the assembled map is enclosed which is not comprised by any of the cards in this set but only for visual purposes. The missing cards are #29, 30, 32 and 45. This is an extremely difficult set to complete as cards don't generally surface that often.
