The 1957 Topps Planes set is a (120) card set issued in two series of (60) cards. The second series is tougher than the first and a single checklist outlines all the cards in both series. As with most of the very earliest Topps checklists, the checklist for the 1957 Topps Planes set is tough to find and even tougher to find in clean, unchecked condition. The Topps Planes set from 1957 is one of the prettier sets Topps made during the mid-to-late 1950's.
This complete set of Series 1 of the 1957 Topps Planes (Blue Backs) is in VGEX to NRMT with most cards around EX to EXMT. Card #9 is missing and card #65 is added which is correct for the first series of (60) cards. Great start to a complete set of these cards.
