Like many other offerings and a number of sets in this very auction, the 1930 British American Tobacco (BAT) Indians set borrowed the artwork from the N2/N36 Allen & Ginter Indians set of the 1880's. And, like many of the other sets, the BAT set also uses reversed images that have been enhanced from the more muted colors of the N2/N36 Allen & Ginter sets. The cards are numbered on the back and include all the same subjects as the other sets.

This lot of (34) B.A.T. American Indians set includes the following subjects: PSA7 NM(MC) (2 cards: 10, 16), PSA6.5 EX-MT+ (1 card: 7), PSA6 EX-MT (3 cards 6, 9, 29), PSA5.5 EX+ (2 cards: 20, 42) and PSA5 EX (24 cards: 5, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 , 43, 44 and 45). Great lot of graded cards from this very popular set.
