This interesting silk piece has actually been removed from an Allen & Ginter Richmond Straight Cut cabinet piece that features the silk piece. Often called Stevengraphs, this piece was integrated into a likely larger 6" wide by 4" tall cabinet-sized advertising piece for Richmond Straight Cut. The back has paper and adhesive on it and the piece measures about 2.5" High by 4" wide.
