The 1953 Topps Fighting Marines set is a (96) card set of slightly smaller format cards from Topps. They are equivalent to the Look 'N See and Scoops cards of a similar time period. The cards picture Marines fighting all around the world in combat and picture their bravery to help keep America free.
Topps salesman sample strips are typically three card strips. This salesman sample is for the 1953 Topps Fightin' Marines set and features 8 cards in a format with two rows of four cards. All cards have been separated from the sample sheet and there are a total of (7) cards in this lot with a pair of duplicates. All cards are in VG to VGEX irrespective of the fact they've been cut from a sheet.
