Buchner Gold Coin tobacco issued a number of sets involving policemen and the N288 series pictures police inspectors in a slightly larger format than the more prolific N284 series. The series numbers 95 subjects with some of them duplicated from the smaller format N284 series.
This single card from the N288 D. Buchner & Company Police Chiefs set pictures Captain A.J. Allaire
and has been graded PSA4 VG-EX(MC). The PSA slab has some light scratching on the front surface.
