The N336 S.F. Hess Actresses set is a set of albumen photos adhered to small CDV-sized backings. There are 30 known cards between the two advertising types of Canadian Cut Plug and Old Statesman Cut Plug. The cards picture actresses of the late 1880's to early 1890's and are not often seen.
