Between the Acts Little Cigars produced a number of card sets picturing actresses, athletes and presidents likely during the mid-to-late 1880's. These sets were likely on the beginning end of the tobacco card revolution. The president's set is cataloged by Burdick in the ACC as N346 and pictures the first 22 presidents of the United States. Grover Cleveland is the last president pictured.
This complete set of (22) N346 Halls Between the Acts Presidents are in GVG to VGEX condition with most cards being around VGEX. The fronts have good color with no issues and the backs are clean with strong black printing. This is a rarely seen complete set of these cards and represents a challenge to complete this set in such an even grade that is so presentable. Just a beautiful set.
