The N51 Allen & Ginter Presidents set is one of the tougher real albumen photo sets from Allen & Ginter. The set includes the first 22 presidents of the United States through Grover Cleveland and was likely issued sometime in the 1885 through 1889 time frame. The cards are relatively rare. The backs of the cards contain a checklist of the cards in the set.
This lot is for a single N51 Allen & Ginter Presidents of the U.S. of the subject Zachary Taylor. The card has been graded PSA7 NM(MC). While the front is not MC, the back printing is MC and that is why the card got the qualifier. The photo clarity is good on this card and the corners and look fantastic. This would be a great addition to any 19th century A&G collection, type card collection or presidential collection.
