The V21 Cowan's Chocolates Color Cards is an (18) card set featuring different clubs. Cards 1-6 are Boy Scouts, Cards 7-12 picture Girls Scouts and cards 13-18 picture Boy's Naval Brigade images. The cards measure 1-1/2" Wide by 3-3/16" High and were inserted into packages of Cowan's Mell-o-milk Chocolates. Cards are undated but likely from the 1920's.
