The N155 Duke Honest Long Cut set primarily pictures scenes from the New York and other Northeast locations. In addition to the scenes, four Native American chiefs were included in the series--Chiefs Carlos, Joseph, White Bull and Yellow Dog. The Native American chiefs are seen somewhat less regularly and are often mistaken for the N691 American Indian chiefs. The cards are condition sensitive with dark sepia-type borders on the front and black backgrounds. They're often found with paper loss.
This lot is for a single N155 Duke "Scenes and Buildings" of the subject "Banks of the Hudson, Upper Entrance to Highlands. The card is in VGEX to EX condition and very clean--front and back.
