This single 1950's Glow-In-The-Dark Pin-Up Arcade Card is likely from Mutoscope and issued in the 1940's or 1950's. The silhouetted figure is a shapely painter in high heels painting on an easel. The card will fluoresce when held to the light and then put in the dark. The card is in near-EX condition and clean front and back.
