Fleer in the 1960's and 1970's issued a number of different oddball sets and the Fleer Glow Worms is one of those oddball sets. The packages have sheets of tattoos in a 5 or 6 tattoos per sheet format with an instruction card on how to apply the tattoos to the skin.
This partial wax box of 1960's Fleer Glow Worms includes (14) packages from the original (24) and the original wax box. The box lid has separated from the box and there are a couple of packages that have loose seals but the item displays well and is a great part of Fleer History from the 1960's.
