Among the multitude of sets Kinney issued were two sets of butterflies. The N217-1 set pictures (10) different butterflies with lighter white backgrounds while the N217-2 set pictures (50) different butterflies with a gold colored background. This lot includes a complete set of the N217-1 white background butterflies. Unlike the N217-1 white background series, the N217-2 gold background series have no numbers on the cards, so completing the set can be, at times, daunting.

This lot of (39) cards is comprised with (9) from the white set of butterflies and (30) from the gold set. The white cards average about VGEX and is missing only #7 to be complete. The (30) Gold cards are almost exclusively VGEX to EX with 3-4 lesser. Great start on both variations of this set with almost 2/3 of the 60 cards between the two in this lot.
