The N284 Buchner Gold Coin set covers a number of subjects with hundreds of individual cards. The most prominent subset in the set is the cards picturing baseball players. Those total (143) cards and contain such baseball luminaries as Mike Kelly, Cap Anson, Hoss Radbourn and more Hall of Famers. The next largest subset contains (103) police inspectors--most of which patrolled the streets of New York. Also included are (31) jockeys and (48) actors and acrtresses.
This lot is for a trio of N284 Buchner Gold Coin Actors, all of which have been graded PSA4 VG-EX that include the following subjects: Edwin Booth as "Richelieu", Joseph Jefferson (White Head and Beard) and Lawrence Barrett in Francesca De Rimini. Great lot for the set builder or Buchner collector.
