The T176 Sweet Caporal Actress set contains 24 subjects that were printed on flaps of the tobacco box. Cut off the flap, sometimes are found trimmed down to the brown frame. The actresses on the front of the cards are unnamed and the backs are blank and they are part of three issues, cataloged T175-T177 that were package designs from Sweet Caporal Cigarettes likely around 1900.
This complete set of (24) cards from the T176 Sweet Caporal actresses are in Good to EX condition, averaging VG/VGEX.
