The N180 Kimball Tobacco "Ancient Coins" set is a 72 card set of tobacco cards picturing coins of the Ancient World. The cards picture 1 to multiple coins on the front in silver, gold or bronze and are heavily embossed with the coin's design. The backs of the cards feature checklists of the 72 cards from Rome, Greece, Judea, the Eastern Empire and Graecia Magna. The backs can be found with titles for "Ancient Coins" or "Fac-simile of Ancient Coins" at the top. The cards are not rare but are also not found frequently. The set is one of the more difficult sets and one of the larger mainstream 19th century tobacco sets.
This lot of (6) cards from the N180 Kimball Tobacco "Ancient Coins" set are in VG to EX condition and mostly clean. Great lot of these tough cards for the set builder.
