The N264 Lorillard Red Cross Tobacco Actresses set is a 25 card set picturing actresses of the day. The fronts of the cards have black borders with either "Red Cross" or "Sensation" in the lower right corner and the backs have advertising for the Lorillard product on the front. This lot of (8) cards are all Type 1 cards--produced by George Harris lithographers and have clean Red Cross advertising backs.
Condition breakdown is as follows on the lot VGEX to EX (6 cards) and F to G (2 cards due to back damage).The lot includes the following subjects: Helen Bertram, Adelaide Detchon, Corinne, Mollie Fuller, Agnes Huntington, Margaret Mather, Agnes Miller and Ada Rehan. Great, clean, mostly above-average lot for the issue and nearly 1/3 of the complete set.
