The T135 set is a set of postcards of undetermined size from the Victor Tobacco company. The card fronts picture a state capital or other building in a light blue hue. The backs can advertise for Keno Cigar Scrap, Hee-Haw Tobacco or Lotto Scrap Tobacco or all three. The backs can be in all black print or some color print.
This postcard pictures the West Virginia State Capital Building, Charleston. The card is in EX condition and very clean. A previous price of '5-' is written lightly in pencil on the back of the card. Tough type card
