The 1955 Topps Rails & Sails set is a 200 card set picturing Trains (Rails) and Ships (Sails). There are 130 Trains or Rails cards and 70 Ship or Sails cards. The cards are colorful representations of the vehicles they picture. The rails cards have white borders around the outside while the sails cards are full bleed pictures of ships on the seas.
This near set is missing (11) cards to be complete. The cards that are missing include: 3, 5, 6, 81, 83, 99, 151, 159, 168, 170 and 186. The set ranges in condition from VG to NRMT with most cards being around VGEX to EX. Very clean set that, with 11 additions and just a few upgrades could be a higher mid grade set.
