Tobacco companies issued rolling papers both as a product to boost sales but also as an advertising medium--generally preprinted covers for the rolling papers that had colorful advertisements for their products. This pair of rolling papers are from Greenback Smoking tobacco and Tip Top. Both are in about VGEX condition and clean with some papers still inside.
