The Y95 ACC classification is a catch all classification for the die cut scraps that were prevalent during the 19th century. The scraps were issued in sheets and frequently popped out and glued into victorian scrap books as embellishments with other pieces of ephemera. This lot is for a group of (17) U.S. Presidents and the U.S. Seal. The scraps are in nice shape and clean.
