In 1974 Holloway candies, maker of Milk Duds, made a couple different sets of cards that were on the backs of their milk duds candies. One set pictured baseball players and is very popular. Another pictured scenes from the popular Ripley's Believe it Or Not series. The Ripley's set included (46) subjects and could be found in a small version and a large version. Often, the cards are cut from the packaging but occasionally complete boxes can be found.
This lot includes a pair of the uncut large-format Milk Duds boxes that measure 2-3/16" W by 3-1/4" H. The two subjects in the lot are #1 and #13 and the boxes are in VGEX condition and very clean.
