There are hundreds of Movie Star sets issued by many different countries dating to the 1950's. Many if not most were issued with candy and gum and also many of them have few identifying marks. A number of such sets were issued in Sweden in the 1950's and are known primarily by their series or serie letter. Some are 50 card sets, some 100 and some of other sizes.

This set of 100 cards was issued in 1957 in Sweden and is notified by 'serie S'. The cards include many U.S. movie stars. This set is in VGEX to EXMT and very clean.
