The 1953 Topps Fighting Marines set is a (96) card set of slightly smaller format cards from Topps. They are equivalent to the Look 'N See and Scoops cards of a similar time period. The cards picture Marines fighting all around the world in combat and picture their bravery to help keep America free.
This lot includes original artwork for the 1953 Topps Fighting Marines card #77 "To The Shores of Tripoli". The artwork is in VGEX to EX condition and includes a finished card of the same subject. The artwork measures 4-1/4" wide by 3" tall.
