The N81 Duke Cigarettes Jokes set is a (50) card set picturing comical images of life in the late 1880's to early 1890's. Many of the jokes pictured or captioned may have been funny in the 1880's but are often confusing in the 21st century. The backs of the cards are printed in blue with a checklist of the card front titles. The cards are one of the more difficult cards to find in the Duke smaller version cards.
This lot of (3) cards from the N81 Duke Cigarettes Joes include a pair in VGEX condition and one in Poor condition with paper loss on the back bottom. The poor condition card is "A Garden Party" with the other two subjects being "Unmatched" and "A Boxer".
