The E196 Strange People set from New England Confectionery is a (24) card set issued likely in the 1920's to 1930's. The cards are small and picture native people of many countries in their native garb. The backs of the cards advertise for the New England Card Company (or NECCO) and are numbered. The backs contain a short narrative discussing the outfit for the native pictured on the front and are printed in blue ink.
This lot of (8) E196 New England Confectionary People of Strange Lands cards are mostly VGEX condition with a couple lesser. The numbers in the lot include 2, 4, 7, 11, 15, 16, 21 and 24.
