This series of trade cards pictures Children on stools and is from Allen & Ginter advertising Pet Cigarettes. Pet Cigarettes and A&G may have been one of the most prolific advertisers of the mid to end of 19th century. Pretty pastel colors and well-dressed children adorn the front with black printing on the back.
The card backs appear to have been glued in at some point to an album but are mostly intact. There are a couple of tears on the cards and some staining but all printing is readable and mostly clean.
