The Dark Shadows show was very popular in the late 1960's being one of, if not the first shows depicting a Vampire and being a show of some intrigue. Philadelphia Gum sought to capitalize on the popularity of the show and issued a few card sets in the 1968/1969 timeframe. The Green bordered set was the second series that Philadelphia issued picturing the characters in Dark Shadows and the followup to the very popular pink bordered cards.
This lot is for a single card from the 1968 Dark Shadows green-bordered set of the subject #59 Jenny that has been graded PSA8 or NM-MT. This is one of 7 cards in this grade for PSA with none graded higher.
