The N307 Mayo's Cut Plug Dances is a die cut series of images picturing dancers in pose with a small tab. The cards were issued in the late 19th century by Mayo's Cut Plug tobacco. The 48 known cards in the set were tabbed to be able to be inserted in the piece in this lot. This piece is a base with numbered slots in it made for accepting the individual pieces from the N307 series.
This lot is for a single N307 Mayo Cut Plug Tobacco National Dances card for the subject #6 German. The card has a moderate crease across the waist area with some remnants of what appears to be a postage stamp on the back.
