The T87 Wings tobacco set is a (200) card set divided into four (50) card series. There are A, B and C sets of 50 cards and a set that doesn't have a letter identifier. The cards were heavily produced around 1940.
This lot is for a single unopened Wings Cigarettes packs from Brown and Willaimson tobacco of Louisville, KY. The package has cellophane covering the package and on the back of the pack is a card from the popular and easily completed set known as T87. The subject of the card is Taylorcraft De Luxe--Card #C28--and it appears to be in very clean condition. Overall the pack is in VG to VGEX condition. The celophane around the package is in poor condition with much of it missing on the front of the package but most present on the back. The package overall is very fragile but a great example of unopened material.
