The V339-2 Parkhurst Audubon Birds set is a (100) card set picturing birds set against clean white backgrounds. The backs of the cards have some demographic information about the bird and it's habitat and range. The card number is in the upper left and the back notes that the bearer can get a bird album with 100 spaces for the cards by sending 25 cents in coin to Parkhurst Products of Toronto. The paintings on the front of the card and the descriptions on the cards themselves are noted as courtesy of the Audubon Societ of Canada as published in Canadian Nature Magazine.
This lot of (4) V339-2 Parkhurst Audubon Society Birds have all been graded PSA7 or Near Mint and include the following subjects: #55 Fulmar, #72 Glaucous-Winged Gull, #80 Blackburnian Warbler and #82 Myrtle Warbler. Great lot for the set builder of these beautiful Canadian gum cards. All four cards are POP1 with only 1 higher.
