The V14 Cowan's Chocolates Horse Pictures set is a (24) card set of cards issued in Cowan's chocolate bars around the 1920's. The set pictures beautiful drawings of horses on the front with a narrative on the back about the horse pictured on the front. The cards are numbered and advertise for Mell-o-Milk Chocolate on the bottom of the back of the card.
This lot of (4) cards have all been graded PSA5 or EX and include the following subjects: #9 Welsh Pony, #10 Donkey, #17 Percheron and #18 Suffolk. Great lot of mid-grade cards from this popular Canadian chocolate set.
