The Duke N104 Comic Characters set is a 25 card set picturing what can only be considered as con men, grifters and general scallywags of the day. The cards picture boxers, baseball players, and other professions and are captioned in a manner that is mostly indecipherable to collectors today. The cards are in the larger Duke format--about 2-7/16" by 4-1/4" in size.
This lot is for a trio of N104 Duke Tobacco Honest Long Cut Comic Characters Cards to include the subjects "Old Hoss", "On the Rialto" and "Drunk again an glad of it". The "Drunk" subject is in about VG condition with the other two Poor to Fair due to back issues and heavy creasing. These three cards would make good fillers until better copies are found.
