The Duke N104 Comic Characters set is a 25 card set picturing what can only be considered as con men, grifters and general scallywags of the day. The cards picture boxers, baseball players, and other professions and are captioned in a manner that is mostly indecipherable to collectors today. The cards are in the larger Duke format--about 2-7/16" by 4-1/4" in size.

Condition breakdown on this near complete set (17/25) is as follows: VG to VG+ (3 cards), GVG (6 cards), G (4 cards), and Poor (4 cards). "On the Dead Quiet" is ex-Burdick collection with a Metropolitan Museum stamp on the back of the otherwise Poor condition card.
