The N127 Duke Sea Captains set is a 25 card set picturing sea-faring Captains and the name of their ship. The set advertises for Duke's Honest Long Cut brand on the back and outlines the checklist for the set in alphabetical order within the ship's line. The set has some of the best artwork of the larger format Duke cards and is a very popular set to collect. This mid-grade set presents pretty evenly with the exception of 2-3 subjects that have back damage.
The condition breakdown on this set is (10) VGEX including Brooks, Condron, D'Hauterive, Gleadell, Irving, Randle, Santelli, Sumner, Urquhart and Watkins (6) VG including Barre, Cook, Franguel, Murray, Perry and Price (4) G to GVG including Bussius, Land, Mcickan and Sargent and (5) Poor to Fair including Freeth, Hains, Leist, Munro and Willigerod, . This is a rarely seen complete set of these beautiful cards.
