The H624 Wanamaker Flags and Crests of Nations set is really two sets in one. One set of flags that are oriented in a horizontal format and another set of Crests of Nations that are oriented in a vertical format. The Wanamaker company was one of the largest retail operations on the East coast in the 19th century and a very heavy advertiser.

This lot is for a group of (20) of the H624 Wanamaker Crests of Nations. The cards are in VG to EX condtion and uniformly mostly clean. The subjects include the following countries: Bavaria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Mexico, Papal States, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Venezuela.
