The Times Confectionery (UK) company issued a pair of Roy Rogers series of (24) cards titled "South of Caliente" and "Set in Old Amarillo". Both series were smaller black and white series picturing Roy Rogers and Dale Evans. The sets were issued in 1955.
This lot contains a single Roy Rogers wrapper from the Times Confectionery Company of London (UK). The wrapper pictures a colorful picture of Roy Rogers and his horse Trigger and has a number of redemptions that can be had for 18, 24, 36, 50, 75, 150 and 200 wrappers. For 6 wrappers and 9d. in stamps, a Roy Rogers picture card album could be had that could hold all (48) cards from the (2) different movies. The wrapper in this lot is in EX to EXMT condition with beautiful coloring.
