The 1970 Topps Bobby Sherman sets sought to capitalize on his wild popularity in the United States at the time. Topps issued two different test sets in 1970 for Bobby Sherman. The first was a standard sized set with pink borders and the second set was an oversized set in the same vein as the 1970 and 1971 Topps Super baseball cards. These cards were black and white with a blue simulated autograph on the front. Thirty-five cards have been seen each seen with either a postcard format back or a back in blue ink with interview questions for Bobby Sherman. The cards are numbered on the back in what would be the upper left. One of the scarcer Topps Test Issues from the early 1970's.
This lot is for #14 from the 1970 Topps Test Bobby Sherman Plak set. The card is in about VG condition with just a little bit of paper loss on the back near the card number.
