The Drummond Tobacco Company of St. Louis, Missouri, issued a few sets in the late 1880's. The N437 set pictures actresses with their portrait in oval much like the Lorillard or Between the Acts tobacco series and the N438 series pictures 'Bathing Girls' in an oval portrait with a line drawn often-bawdy picture.
This lot is for a trio of N437 Drummond Tobacco Toddy Cigarettes Actresses to include the following subjects: Angeline Allen, Marie Burroughs and Helena Modjeska. The cards are in Fair to Good condition.
