The T54 Egyptienne Straights cigarettes set is an interesting set of cards issued during the heyday of the 20th century tobacco cards. The cards came in a packet inside of a cigarette package and included a card that was a pattern for cross stitch. With the card in the packet was also a piece of cross stitch and some thread. The set has (50) known subjects and includes all the letters in the alphabet along with different animals and other subjects.
This lot is for a single card picturing a bird with the envelope it came in, the green thread and the cross stitch base. All pieces in the lot are in EX condition and very clean. Great for the type card collector or someone working on a complete set of T54 Cross Stitch cards.
