The R52 Baltimore Chewing Gum Flags of the Nations set is a (50) card set from Baltimore Gum. The set was likely issued in the 1930's and is somewhat odd in the fact that a number of the cards aren't regularly found and are not pictured at non-sport.com or at the gallery on the vintage nonsports forum. In fact, non-sport.com only has (49) of the (50) card set checklisted. The card fronts are colorful representations of a native boy or girl in characteristic garb for the country with the country flag in the background of the picture. The backs of the cards advertise for Baltimore Gum and are numbered. The cards can also be found with just the narration on the back and no advertising for Baltimore Gum.
This lot is for a group of (4) R52 Baltimore Chewing Gum Flags of Nations cards including the following subjects: #19 Greenland, #27 Lithuania (2) and #40 Denmark. The cards are all in VGEX to EX condition and clean with just honest corner wear.
