The A3 Allen & Ginter Birds of America Album is one of the more interesting albums that Allen & Ginter issued in their group of albums. It is the only die cut album to a specific shape (bird cage) in the A&G album run. The front cover pictures a fantastic bird cage with birds and the back cover pictures the iconic "Planter" smoking man image. The album has (10) interior pages with various numbers of images from the N4 Allen & Ginter Birds of America set.
This copy of the A3 Allen & Ginter Birds of America Album is missing the front cover and has had the back cover taped onto the spot where the front cover would be. In addition, there are two interior leaves missing from the album as well. The remaining interior leaves are in clean condition with great chromolithography.
