The 1968 Topps Laugh-In set was a (77) card set with a (24) sticker set. The stickers were titled "Goldie's Laugh-Ons" after Goldie Hawn--a fledgling talent on the show who would go on to fame in movies and television. The show Laugh In was a hit in the US with it's quirky skits, dancing and other antics. The Laugh-On stickers measure 2-1/2" by 3-1/2" or the normal Topps size starting in 1957. The stickers have a deep yellow background with silly 1960's slogans on them. They achieve the "Hippy" look that the show had with bold colors and odd sayings. They are quintessential 1960's fare.
This lot of (7) 1968 Topps Laugh-In Stickers have all been graded by PSA and include the following subjects: #1 (PSA "A" Altered), #4 (PSA7 NM), #11 (PSA7.5 NM+), #12 (PSA7 NM), #19 (PSA8-MC), #22 (PSA8 NMMT) and #23 (PSA8-MC). Nearly 1/3 of the complete set, this lot of rarely seen stickers is in above average condition except for the tough #1 sticker. Great lot for the set builder.
