The 1906 Game of Maud is a (36) card game printed on two sheets and inserted in the New York Sunday American and Journal on December 2, 1906. The cards are numbered and have four suits of M, A, U, D. The cards in the D suit all have number values at the bottom right from 10 to 50 in increments of 5. The interestinc, colorful pictures on the cards are set against a single color background for each number. So all number 6's for each suit of M, A, U and D are set against a yellow background. The sheets measure about 8x11 and one sheet is 4 cards high by 5 cards wide with the other being 4 x 4 and having the game rules on a strip to the right.
This lot is for a pair of uncut sheets of the Maud Hee Haw game. The sheets are in VG to VGEX condition with the exception of the blue card backs where they've been glued into an album or something and have some light back damage.
