Pins and Pinbacks became popular in the late 19th century as Whitehead Hoag patented the modern pinback around then. As the turn of the century began into the 1930's they only gained in popularity. Comic characters, politics, products, fraternal organizations--all issued pinbacks as advertising and to confirm membership.

This lot of (7) pinbacks range in condition from Fair/Good to EXMT. The lot includes a pair of Bond Bread airplane pinbacks (#2 and #6), Halbyrd Bread Pinback, Uncle Don's Taystee Bread Club pinback, Langendorf Bread and a pair of Davy Crocket Bread pins--one with Sunbeam Bread banner and one with "indian Fighter" in the banner area.
