Very intersting Bas Relief Papier Mache advertising piece from Buchanan & Lyall tobacco. This piece is a 3D picture or pressing of a man with a hat and the upper left says "Full of Wise Saws" and "& Modern Instances" in the lower right corner. This saying is a line from Shakespeare's poem Seven Ages of Man, that famously begins, " All the world's a stage / And all the men and women merely players". This piece is in very nice condition front and back.
