The Sperry Candy Company of Milwaukee Wisconsin issued a set of cards in 1940 that was entitled In History's Spotlight. The set totaled (24) cards and pictured many Revolutionary War scenes and other historical events on the front. The backs have a small narrative on the back and advertise for Sperry and the set.

This lot of (8) cards is in VG to EX condition, averaging about VGEX. The cards included in the lot are 3, 9, 10, 12, 14, 17, 21 and 24. Great lot and start on this set that is one third of the complete set.
